The Town provides several methods for citizens to make payments to the Town. Please see the list below for the one that suits your needs best. If you have issues on paying, please, reach out to the Town at 304-799-4315 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Staff will return your call as soon as they are available.

Pay Online

Water and sewer bills can be paid online with a credit or debit card or by using your checking account information. The Town utilizes a third-party, secure online payment service to collect online payments. By hitting ONLINE PAY  you will be directed to your account where you can access your bill history and payment option in the future. A processing fee is assessed by the credit card companies.

Pay by Phone

Water and sewer bills can be paid via phone with your credit card by calling 304-799-4315. We accept VISA, and MasterCard. A processing fee is assessed by the credit card companies.

Pay Via Drop Box

The Town of Marlinton maintains a drop box available 24 hours a day the front door area of the Town Hall. All Town payments can be dropped in the box. Payments may be check or money order.

By signing this application, you agree to allow the town of Marlinton to automatically withdraw from your account listed above for your Water/Sewer Utility Bill & Annual Fire Fee. Your account will be drafted on or about the 15th of each month for which the bill is due for the full amount of your bill or the maximum amount you specify in this application. If your bill is more than the maximum, you will be required to pay the excess amount of your bill to avoid late payment penalties. If the bank declines your automatic draft for any reason, you will be subject to bad check fees.
